An amino acid that was isolated from watermelon, L-Citrulline has been well researched and known to help improve NO production in the body. When is the best time to take ObiHeart?

You can take ObiHeart when it is convenient, so long as it is done on an empty stomach.  It can be advantageous to take prior to any physical activity, but it can certainly be taken at any time of the day.  It is probably wise not to take too close to bed as the potential increase in circulation may hamper sleep.

Are there any stimulants in ObiHeart?

No, there is no caffeine, ephedra, synephrine or any other type of stimulant included in the formula.

How often should I take ObiHeart?

It is recommended to take the dose once daily.  You should check with your health care practitioner if you desire to take it more often during the day.

Can I take ObiHeart with other supplements?
